People rarely say the same word twice, but the feeling underneath often does, and I listen for that thread. It’s how I help leaders and professionals deepen their self-awareness and bring clarity to the decisions that move them forward.
One client came to me feeling trapped in their job, with no idea what to do. They walked away with a vision of where they’d be in a year, and the clarity to move toward it.
I came to coaching after a long career leading people, where helping others grow was the part I loved most. It taught me that a good question often does more than advice. The Coaching Australia Executive Coach Certification Programme, completed in 2023, gave me the structure and confidence to go further.
